Alain PRIVAT

MD, PhD, President & CEO, co-founder, has over 30 years of experience in R&D as group leader in different INSERM labs, developing an original research on CNS plasticity. He has been several times member of the National Committee for Neuroscience and is a member of the French High Committee on Hopital-Universities. He is currently an official expert for the French State Office for Disable People.

Hélène HIRBEC

PhD, Head of R&D drug discovery, CFO, co-founder, has almost 10 years of experience in Neuropharmacology investigating the properties of a novel neuroprotective class of molecules and the potential new therapeutic targets. Since 2002, she is a Staff Scientist in Neurobiology at the Institute for Neuroscience of Montpellier. She also had worked in various areas of research finance from public labs and start-ups.

Bruno FRANCOIS

Engineer Biotech, CDO, has 20 years of experience conceiving original technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. He has co-founded various biotech companies among them Aseptic Process Equipment SA (Lyon), Pharmaceutical Genetech Srl Ingénierie (Milan) and NovAseptic AB (Gothenburg), the world leader in the field of mixture and sampling for ultra-clean liquid industries. NovAseptic was bought the Millipore group in August 2005 for 90 M€.

Monica PRIETO-CAPPELLINI

PhD, Head of in vivo R&D and Lab Manager, has a record in the management of research projects in the public and private domains (contracts with pharmaceutical industry and in-house R&D). She developed or improved numerous techniques of micro-surgery, histology, electron microscopy, imaging and original behavioural and morphological approaches for studying CNS pathophysiology.
